Tasks / Responsibilities
The multicore development engineer is responsible for the BTS development and testing:
l Develop SW in multicore environment and implement new innovative ideas to optimize performance
l Takes account of economic aspects in design of concept / innovative ideas
l Takes part in reviews
l Continuously further develops own expertise in the multicore field
l Actively promotes the (internal and external) knowledge transfer (e.g. through coaching, networking)
Education
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering
Experience
· At least 3 years software development professional experience
· Telecom experience is must;
· Experience with parallel algorithm design
· Experience with real-time operating system and scheduling
· Experience with software development process
Knowledge
· Good knowledge of wireless communication network, WCDMA / LTE is preferred
· Multicore CPU architecture and instruction set
· Knowledge of design patterns
