职位描述：
Objective of the Function
3G/LTE/4G is a new wave of technology. The involved technologies (algorithm design, architecture, automation, advanced tools, complex system environment, etc.) become more and more challenging. The role is to support the development and testing of 3G system in a high efficient and effective approach.
Tasks / Responsibilities
The development engineer is responsible for the 3G platform development and testing:
- Support a new release of distributed system development and testing; the system will be used as a platform to further develop other network elements in 3G system;
- Designs and documents system components based on the defined architecture
- Implements the system components correctly and follow the scrum approach
- Takes part in reviews
- Conducts and documents module tests according to defined criteria
- Traces system requirements in the implementation and test phases
- Reports regularly to the project manager and/or QAM for the progress
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering
· At least 3 years software development professional experience
· IP experience is must;
· Linux experience is must
· Telecom experience is must;
· Multicore development experience is preferred
· Experience with software development process; experience in scrum team is preferred
· Module test experience is preferred
· Good knowledge of wireless communication network, WCDMA / LTE is preferred
· Knowledge of iterative and incremental development process
· Knowledge of design patterns
· Unlimited thinking

· English –fluent / advanced level in spoken and written
