Objective of the Function
3G/LTE/4G is a new wave of technology. The involved testing technologies (automation, advanced tools, complex system, etc.) become more and more challenging. The role is to develop test tools to support 3G system in a high efficient and effective approach.
Tasks / Responsibilities
The senior test tool development engineer is responsible for:
- Develop test tools for RNC E2E testing
- Takes part in reviews
- Conducts and documents module tests according to defined criteria
- Traces system requirements in the Implementation and Test phases
- Reports regularly to the project manager and/or QAM on the progress of the system components
- Provide training to all users of test tools
Education
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering
Experience
· At least 5 years software development professional experience
· At lease 3 years test automation experience in telecom SW area
· Experience with embedded system testing (e.g. automated testing for mobile phone)
· Experience with software development process
· Knowledge of wireless communication network is must
· Test methodology and test environment
· Knowledge of design patterns

Languages
