- Software design experience
- Good at C/C++ programming under Unix
- Understanding of software configuration and testing
- Experience to develop software in Clearcase.
- Good knowledge of mobile telecommunication system. If having WCDMA orTD-SCDMA development background, it is better.
- Good capability on writing/oral English
- Good teamwork
