JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. Establishment of site equipment and technical information management system, so that the plant equipment information into the device management system, uniform numbers, archive management.
2. Development of the work piece drawing management system, standardize the base drawing management, organization and implementation of domestic processing of parts of the work of drawing conversion.
3. Establish a preventive maintenance system, making the equipment repair to the people and implement the development of regional standards for the equipment point inspection, lubrication system, combined with Coswin maintenance management software and visual management model, making preventive maintenance can be more effectively launched and implemented.
4. Develop equipment annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly maintenance plan, and distribute to  the implementation team and individuals. Proposed the implementation of maintenance program management, evaluation methods.
5. Closely coordination with the production team to explore the equipment the promotion of self-preservation in plant, makes equipment repair, maintenance, management and use combination.
Participation in the early stage of device management, fixed asset management, retirement management, making equipment throughout the life cycle are in effective control and management.
