Requirements:

1.   At least 8 year experience in IT area.

2.   Hands-on experience to support server, network and other IT Infrastructure; To be familiar with HP server and Cisco switch is preferred.

3.   Rich experience of PC/printer support.

4.   Good knowledge about Windows active domain, Windows 2003 Server, DNS & DHCP server setup, network cabling and etc.

5.   Good project management skill.

6.   Discipline, structured and self-motivated working style.

7.   Good communication skills

8.   Flexibility to work in different locations is highly preferred.

9.   Working experience in MNC is preferred

10.  Good oral and written English is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1.   Support IT infrastructure at Rizhao, including file server, exchange server, terminal server, ISA server, firewall, router, network switch, IP PBX etc.

2.   Provide PC/Thin client/printer Support.

3.   Support Rizhao Phase II expansion IT Infrastructure

4.   Lead & coach local IT Team 

5.   Work closely with Site Lead and Common Service Center at KL to deliver IT service under SLA.

6.   Ensure Corporate standard and policy to be applied.
