1 : Research and development of new painting with orientation of quality, cost and Processability and new applicationObjective

3 : Technical communication with supplier for the raw material related to the paint and coating well as the audit and qualiticationObjective

4 : Responsible for the hygiene certificate acquisition

 

JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Collect and learn documents about raw material, and also fully understand the EN, GB, ISO standards of paint

- Acquire powerful technical knowledge for all raw materials related painting

- Research and develop new paint for new application, good quality, cost saving and good processability

- Closely work with SGRS, CRD PAM and follow up the progress of cooperated university for the research and development

- Define and update the specification of process and raw material related to painting

- Investigate and find the existing process and quality problem of painting, especially for quality indicated from customer claim

- Organize the raw material trial in production related to painting and issue the report

- Support to project department for the investment related to painting process

- Technical communication with new supplier for the quality problem of raw material related to painting

- Visit the suppliers for carrying out the audit periodically or in the qualification process, or in the investigation of material quality problem

- Responsible for the hygiene certificate of painting and understand how to test and what is requirement for WRAS

- Prepare the power point for training the related engineers about the new product, process and material

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4-years university degree, major in organic material engineering

- French university or Grandes Ecoles graduate is a big plus or at least fluent French language (written and spoken)

- Skillful in computer application.

- Minimum CET-6 English level and good spoken and written English

- Good presentation, communication and team working
