Responsibility:
• Lead and deploy APS (ARC Performance System) to support operation excellence.
• Develop and execute activities and initiatives across the various functions to meet specific targets while fostering a operation transformation and cultural change throughout company
• To serve as a catalyst working together with and engaging senior leadership to execute the APS strategy
• Lead and coach cross-function teams working on value streams and drive and track all value stream projects to successful completion
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with major in engineering and mechanical related background.
• Good knowledge of Lean system. Minimum 5 years working in a manufacturing environment at the similar position with demonstrated success experience of leading improvements projects.
• Good networking and ability of completing and achieve goals through working in cross-function teams.
• Excellent project management skill. 6-sigma and black belt will be a plus advantage.
• Good command of both oral and written English skill.
